Born in North Carolina, Donna W. Scott attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she studied dance and communication. Prior to college, Donna started competing in beauty pageants, earning multiple titles and eventually being crowned Miss North Carolina. At age eighteen, she made her onscreen debut in Vanishing America (1986). Then Donna headed to New York, where she started modeling and acting at HB Studios. She found her big break when she earned a role in Days of Thunder (1990), a blockbuster starring Tom Cruise and Robert Duvall. In 1995, she continued making a name for herself when she scored a gig as “Screaming Woman” in the surprise hit flick Get Shorty. Unfortunately, she hasn’t quite gotten past the rut that is character acting, although with bit parts in films such as Plump Fiction (1997), Idle Hands (1999), and Enemy of the State (1998), who’s complaining? We certainly can’t complain about her turn in the hit comedy Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery (1997), either. She played one of the ultra-sexy “Fembots” with guns in her jubblies! It makes you want to shoot your mouth off (or something). Of course, nothing compares to her two-episode gig as “Lieutenant Grace” on the one-time hit cable series Soldier of Fortune, Inc. (1998). In the first of the two episodes she appeared in, Donna bared her bodacious breasts whilst in a swimming pool because, as we all know, female military officers often go swimming without all their “gear.” Well, at least in that little fantasy world!
