The sexy African-American actress Toneda Laiwan has only appeared in two features that were 7 years apart from one another. Her first film role was playing Atwater’s girlfriend, Dot in the serial killer smash Summer of Sam (1999). In 2006 she followed this up with the movie The System Within, playing Angel Good.
